Financial Policy – Payment is expected at the time of treatment. We accept cash, checks, check cards, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, CareCredit Plan and most insurance. We do require that you pay your balance at the time of service. This includes your deductible, co-payments and any service not covered by your insurance. New patients with insurance must pay for services at the first visit, until we establish your insurance benefits. Insurance will be filed to pay you for the first visit. At future appointments, we will estimate your insurance benefits, as best we can, and you will be asked to pay the amount not covered by your insurance.
Insurance- We accept most dental insurance and will file your claims for you. Call our office with any questions about whether we accept your insurance. We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental. We make every effort to estimate what your insurance will pay for your dental treatment. If your insurance pays less than our estimate, you will be responsible for the outstanding balance. If your insurance pays more, you will be credited or receive a refund.
Care Credit-Whether you have dental insurance or not, you can use Care Credit to pay for co-payments, deductibles and treatment not covered by insurance. Applying for Care Credit is easy (www.carecredit.com ). Simply complete a one page form and submit it or you can apply over the phone.
